Founded by Mr. Manohar Balaga, a marine engineer with over 6 years of maritime industry experience and a Master’s from the University of Portsmouth, UK, the company works globally on issues related to the Blue Economy, ICZM, marine pollution, and marine governance.
We are actively engaged in projects across Peru, Thailand, Fiji, and Seychelles, supporting both government and foundation-led initiatives.
